When viewing the information for your selected hotel, you can
check the rate schedule at “rate & book now”
page. Please complete Travel Plan booking form and check availability
by clicking on ‘Check’. Please verify your Travel
Plan and click on “Book” for reservation, but if
you want to check again, you can check availability by form
at the bottom of page. Once you have submitted your reservation
you will receive an email indicating that your booking has been
received and is currently being processed.
2. Why do I have to include
my credBit card number?
To allow us to proceed with your request, we require you to
submit your credBit card details. Your credBit card information
is strictly confidential. Please note, we request your credBit
card details as a form of security only. It will not be charged
until the booking is confirmed. We will only debit the money
from your credBit card normally 10 working days or less before
your check-in date.
3. Do I need to reconfirm my booking
with the hotel directly , or do I only deal with you?
No. As your reservation has been handled directly to the hotel by
our network. You, therefore, need not to reconfirm with the hotel,
since your booking name and booking number will be shown on the hotel
computer list on the allotment cut off date, which is normally about
a week before the check- in date; until that time the hotel would
not probably have your details.
4. When will my booking be confirmed?
For many of the hotels we sell, we are able to provide instant confirmation.
In other cases, your booking will normally be confirmed within 24
hours (on working day). You will be notified via email with confirmation
or any changes in your booking status.
5. What if my requested hotel
is not available?
If your requested hotel is not available, our customer service will
offer alternative hotels of comparable standards and prices in the
same area (if available). Then, we will provide you this information
for your consideration, by e-mail.
NOTE:
We do not have service charges of alternative hotel and your credBit
card will not be charged until the alternative hotel booking is accepted.
6. What time can I check in and
check out?
Check-in time : from 12:00 p.m. (noon)
Check-out time : before 12:00 p.m. (noon)
NOTE:
For early check-in / late check-in (after 6.00 p.m.) / late check-out
is possible upon request and subject to availability.
7. Are all hotel prices inclusive
of all taxes and service charges?
Most hotel prices displayed on our site are net prices. They are inclusive
of all taxes and applicable service charges.
8. When do I need to pay for my
reservation?
You will be billed shortly before or during your hotel stay. The exact
amount will be noted in the confirmation email that you will receive
prior to your arrival.
9. What is the method of payment?
All reservations in our system are on pre-payment basis. We accept
credBit card payment by using our standard SSL secure form for your
security.
However, your money will not be debited from your account at the time
of making a reservation. As we normally request a DEBIT OF FULL AMOUNT
PRE-PAYMENT 10 WORKING DAYS before your check-in date (or cancellation
deadline).
Only for booking made within 10 working days of your arrival date,
your credBit card will be debited automatically for full amount at
the time of confirmed booking
10. Why must I prepay for these
special prices?
Gotocityhotels has reserved these rooms in advance at these very special
rates, and we need to be paid in advance, so that we can continue
to offer these great rates to our customers.
11. What type of credBit card do
you accept?
We accept VISA and Master Card.
12. Is the credBit card information
secure on Gotocityhotels?
YES. All of credBit card details and your personal information are
protected and securedB by our Standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Encryption
so as to make it unavailable to any other party.
13. My credBit card number is correct,
but it is not accepted / I am getting an error while making a payment.
Why?
There are a few possibilities: •
Make sure you are not using a proxy internet connection. A direct
connection to internet is requiredB for security purpose •
Our Payment Gateway opens in a new Windows. Make sure that pop up
blocking
software/features are turned off •
Make sure the input details are correct •
Make sure the card expiration date do not precede the reservation
date. • Make sure you have not
reached your credBit limit
14. What is the cancellation policy
for hotel reservations?
If you decide to cancel your booking we must be notified of the decision
via e-mail (please remember to quote booking reference number)
The following scale of charges will be applied, depending on when
the notification of cancellation is received.

Cancellation deadline date is fixed, by hotels, and the general cancellation
policy will not be applied for the reservation which is made during

trade fairs, etc.
